- Primero. Declarar IMPROCEDENTE la acción ejercida por la señora ELVIRA LUCIA ALVARADO DE NEIRA y CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 19 de abril de 2004 por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, mediante la cual se dispuso negar la tutela solicitada.
