- primero. de su parte resolutiva el cual se REVOCA. En consecuencia, NEGAR en todas sus partes, la tutela interpuesta por el senor Jorge Tadeo Lozano Osorio contra la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia
- Segundo. LIBRESE comunicacion a la Seccion Primera, Subseccion A, del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
