- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia adoptada por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal Bucaramanga el 22 de mayo de 2003. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la salud, en conexidad con la vida digna y la integridad personal al señor GERMÁN ALBERTO PARRA SILVA.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al representante legal de SALUDCOOP E.P.S., o a quien haga sus veces, que dentro del perentorio término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, si es que aún no lo ha hecho, se autorice la práctica del procedimiento quirúrgico denominado "Teleradiografía", que requiere el afiliado GERMÁN ALBERTO PARRA SILVA.
- Tercero. SALUDCOOP E.P.S. podrá repetir contra el FOSYGA lo que desembolse por concepto de la orden dada en este fallo.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General dése cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
