- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juez
- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Medellín que confirmó el fallo del Juez Treinta y Seis Penal Municipal de Medellín, que denegó el amparo de los derechos invocados por el actor y, en su lugar conceder la protección del derecho fundamental del peticionario a obtener la pensión de invalidez como persona disminuida físicamente. En consecuencia, ordenase al Instituto de Seguro Social que en el término de 48 horas, si no lo hubiere hecho, inicie los tramites pertinentes para el efecto.
