- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de fecha 19 de marzo de 2003, que negó el amparo solicitado, y en su lugar confirmar en todas sus partes, la providencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de esa misma Corporación de fecha 26 de febrero de 2003, que concedió el amparo constitucional al debido proceso invocado por la señora Gladys Pinzón Moreno, pero por los motivos exclusivamente expuestos en este fallo.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
