Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Catorce Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, el 19 de noviembre de 1999. En su lugar conceder la protección de los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital de la señora Ruth Merida Peralta Varón.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente del Hospital la Victoria que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas cancele a la demandante los salarios adeudados. En caso de no existir los recursos presupuestales suficientes, se concede un lapso de treinta (30) días para que la Institución lleve a cabo los trámites presupuestales correspondientes, de todo lo cual deberá informar al juez de instancia.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
