CONFIRMAR la decision adoptada por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 10 de febrero del 2003, que confirmo el fallo de la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del 28 de noviembre del 2002, en el sentido de declarar improcedente el amparo constitucional invocado por el apoderado del Dr. Julio Ojito Palma, pero por las razones expresadas en esta providencia.
