- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el dia 24 de noviembre de 1999 por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Cali, en su lugar, los derechos fundamentales al minimo vital y a la vida de la senora Neira Offir Salazar Castaneda.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Liquidador de la Cooperativa Financiera COOEMSAVAL que, tan pronto como los recursos de la liquidacion lo permitan, pero en forma prevalente a los pagos que se deban hacer a los demas acreedores, y con cargo a su CDAT, cancele a la senora Neira Offir Salazar Castaneda, durante los primeros cinco (5) dias de cada periodo mensual, el pago de una suma igual al salario minimo legal vigente a tiempo de este, sin perjuicio de que le sean reintegrados, en concurrencia con los demas acreedores y de conformidad con las normas legales que regulan los procesos liquidatorios, sumas adicionales imputables a su acreencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
