- Primero. Revocar la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Penal Municipal de Ibagué, mediante la cual denegó la acción de tutela en el expediente de la referencia, y en su lugar Tutelar el derecho fundamental de asociación en sentido negativo de Jaime Almanza Ramírez.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado COONTRATEMOS que, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, si aún no lo ha hecho, realice los trámites necesarios y haga la devolución efectiva de los aportes que correspondan al accionante Jaime Almanza Ramírez, reconociendo los intereses a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
