Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota de fecha febrero veintinueve (29) de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996).
Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos constitucionales a la autonomia y libre asociacion del senor Jaime Bernal Perez. En consecuencia, ORDENASE al Consejo de Administracion de la Cooperativa de Trabajadores de Inravision que en el termino de 48 horas proceda a tramitar y aceptar la solicitud de retiro de Jaime Bernal Perez.
Tercero. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, para los efectos del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
