- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Neiva en el proceso de la referencia en octubre veinte (20) de dos mil (2000).
- Segundo. Ordenar al Colegio Ateneo Autónomo que reciba a Carolina Puentes Gutiérrez para el programa de educación media para adultos, si ella así lo solicita y cumple los requisitos para ello, diferentes a la edad.
- Tercero. Librar, por medio de la Secretaría General, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, así como también comunicar el presente fallo a la Secretaría de Educación del Huila y a la Sección de Educación de Adultos del Ministerio de Educación.
