- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia adoptada por la Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 23 de junio de 1998 y, en su lugar, confirmar el fallo de la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota del 13 de mayo del mismo ano, por medio del cual se tutelo el derecho al debido proceso de los actores, y se acogieron parcialmente sus pretensiones.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
