Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Medellin, y en consecuencia, conceder el amparo solicitado. Se ordena al Gerente de la empresa Inversiones Saldarriaga que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, cancele al actor los salarios debidos en el presente ano y asegure el pago de futuras acreencias mientras subsista el contrato de trabajo.
Segundo. Por Secretaria se librara la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
