- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 2 de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y siete por el Tribunal Superior de Antioquia y en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela por el derecho de petición, ordenando al Señor Alcalde del Municipio de Salgar (Antioquia) que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contados a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia, resuelva la petición presentada desde el 30 de mayo de 1997 por el representante del señor Gil Alberto Valdés Pérez, si para la fecha de esta decisión no lo ha hecho.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE el contenido de esta decisión al Tribunal Superior de Antioquia, el cual notificará la sentencia de esta Corte a las partes, de conformidad con el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
