- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, el día 27 de julio de 1994, y tutelar como mecanismo transitorio los derechos de la accionante, de acuerdo con lo expresado en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría, líbrense los oficios de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, con el fin de ordenar al Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá que adopte las medidas pertinentes para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la respectiva providencia.
