CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el veinticuatro (24) de abril de dos mil dos (2002), por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Civil - Familia, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Monica Cervantes Barros contra el Seguro Social Seccional Barranquilla, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
