- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Soledad del 26 de junio de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998). En su lugar ORDENAR a la compania Malambo Television, para que en las siguientes cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, resuelva de fondo la peticion ante ella elevada por el actor el dia 9 de febrero de 1998.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
