- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Santiago de Cali, Valle, de 25 de enero de 2001, en cuanto revocó el de primera instancia adoptado por el Juzgado
- Décimo. Civil Municipal de la misma ciudad el 21 de noviembre de 2000 que concedió la tutela, pero por las razones consignadas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
