- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por; la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Tunja, el cual negó el amparo solicitado por Yaneth Molano Rodríguez en contra de la Cooperativa de Salud del Centro de Boyacá - Coopcentro E.S.S. y, en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo de los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo, a la estabilidad laboral reforzada y al mínimo vital de la accionante.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Cooperativa de Salud del Centro de Boyacá -Coopcentro E.S.S.- reintegrar, en forma inmediata, a la accionante al cargo que venía desempeñando al momento del despido, sin perjuicio de las demás pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, las cuales serán definidas por la jurisdicción laboral.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
