- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Dieciséis Penal Municipal de Medellín. En consecuencia conceder la tutela al derecho a la vida y seguridad social de la señora Martha Bedoya de Cruz.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al ISS, que si aún no lo ha hecho, en el lapso perentorio de quince días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, certifique con destino a las empresas públicas de Medellín, el monto de las cotizaciones realizadas por el empleador del señor Alfredo de Jesús Cruz Sepúlveda al ISS.
- Tercero. ADVERTIR al ISS, que una vez cuente con el bono pensional, continúe con los trámites necesarios para el reconocimiento de la pensión al demandante.
- Cuarto. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 , para los efectos allí previstos.
