Corte Suprema de Justicia el 5 de julio y el 22 de agosto del ano 2001 respectivamente, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Juan Antonio Macias Fontalvo contra la Sala Laboral de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia.
