Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia materia de revisión y en su lugar tutelar los derechos a la vida y a la seguridad social de la señora Orbilia Fontalvo Gutiérrez.
Segundo. ORDENAR, al Alcalde del Municipio de Ponedera (Atlántico) que si aun no lo ha hecho, reanude el pago de las mesadas pensionales correspondientes al año en curso de la señora ORBILIA FONTALVO GUTIERREZ, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
Tercero. INFORMAR a la señora ORBILIA FONTALVO GUTIERREZ, que frente a las mesadas pensionales del año 1997, que se le adeudan cuenta con otro medio de defensa judicial como es el proceso ejecutivo laboral.
Cuarto. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el Tribunal de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
