- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Sandona el 30 de agosto de 1995 para resolver las acciones de tutela incoadas por Claudia Patricia Chamorro y Libia Dora Enriquez Chavez respectivamente y el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Sandona el 31 de agosto de 1995 para resolver la accion de tutela incoada por Sandra Patricia Parra Andrade, contra el Municipio de Sandona Narino y en su lugar negar la tutela solicitada por lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
