- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de julio 24 de 1992, proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, por el cual se denegó la acción de tutela presentada por el señor ALFREDO VALDIVIESO BARRERA.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la acción de tutela solicitada y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR a la empresa UNITRANSA S.A., por conducto de su representante legal, el cumplimiento continuo y regular del servicio público de transporte al barrio Manuela Beltrán de la ciudad de Bucaramanga en los estrictos y precisos términos del acto administrativo que autorizó su prestación.
- TERCERO. NOTIFICAR la presente sentencia al Alcalde Municipal de Bucaramanga para que se sirva tomar las medidas sancionatorias a que hubiere lugar.
- CUARTO. ORDENAR al Juez
- Primero. Civil Municipal vigilar el cumplimiento de la sentencia.
- QUINTO. LIBRESE comunicación al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
