Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia con fecha 16 de julio de 1998.
Segundo. CONCÉDASE la anterior tutela por violación a los derechos de educación e igualdad de la menor JOHANA ANDREA VARGAS MUÑOZ. En tal virtud, el Colegio del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús de las Bethlemitas, deberá reintegrar a la alumna si ella lo desea, a fin de poder cursar el año que le falta con el resto de alumnas y en la modalidad normal de estudio, que no validación, y además el grado, cuando se culminen las exigencias académicas de rigor, se efectúe como el de las restantes estudiantes.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
