- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por sustracción de materia, la decisión de única instancia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Tuluá, Valle, mediante la cual ese despacho decidió no tutelar el derecho fundamental a la salud de la señora Mariela Hernández Campiño, representada por el señor Noé de Jesús Mejía Cano.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la Clínica Rafael Uribe Uribe para que, en lo sucesivo y conforme a las consideraciones de esta Sentencia, se abstenga de incurrir en las conductas descritas en esta providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
