- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias dictadas por el Juzgado Cuarenta Penal del Circuito de Bogota, el 30 de marzo de 1997, y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota el 22 de mayo del mismo ano, dentro del proceso promovido por la accionante MARIA ANGELIA GONZALEZ ARGUELLO contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho de la demandante MARIA ANGELICA GONZALEZ ARGUELLO a continuar disfrutando de la sustitucion pensional a ella reconocida, a partir de la fecha en que le fue suspendida, siempre que con anterioridad a la notificacion de esta providencia no se le hayan pagado las mesadas pensionales dejadas de percibir, hasta tanto la jurisdiccion competente decide la controversia en relacion con el derecho al pago de las mismas.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al ISS para que se abstenga de volver a realizar actos como los relacionados en este proceso sobre suspension unilateral del pago de mesadas pensionales.
- Cuarto. LIBRENSE por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
