- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Puerto Berrio, Antioquia; en su lugar tutelar el derecho a la salud en conexidad con la vida y la integridad de la accionante Shirley Maria Puerta Ruiz.
- Segundo. Ordenar a EMDISALUD que autorice y garantice a Shirley Maria Puerta Ruiz la practica del examen diagnostico resonancia nuclear magnetica simple con enfasis en los lobulos temporales, ordenado por el medico tratante, asi como cualquier otro que este determine.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librar la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
