- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido en segunda instancia por el Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá D.C. el día veintisiete (27) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995) respecto de la acción de tutela instaurada por GUSTAVO ALBERTO REYES AGUIRRE contra Alfonso Clavijo González y demás miembros de la Junta Directiva de la Corporación "Hatogrande Golf & Tennis Country Club", y en consecuencia negar la protección solicitada, como lo había dispuesto el Juzgado veintiuno Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad mediante fallo del 16 de junio de 1995.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
