La accionante fue inscrita en RUPD y en su condición de desplazada le fueron otorgadas las ayudas humanitarias de emergencia y dos prórrogas de las mismas.
La demandante solicitó una tercera prórroga alegando que no ha logrado su autosostenimiento porque no ha sido incluida en ningún programa de proyecto productivo y porque debe ser intervenida quirúrgicamente en uno de sus ojos, lo cual le impedirá trabajar durante un tiempo.
La entidad demandada solicitó denegar las pretensiones incoadas, por cuanto a la actora le fue aprobada la entrega de una nueva prórroga.
La Sala, al encontrar satisfecha la pretensión formulada en la demanda, declara la ocurrencia de un hecho superado por carencia actual de objeto en la presente acción de tutela.
