- Primero. REVOCAR El fallo de instancia dictado el 4 de septiembre de 2000 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Montería, para en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela solicitada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR, en consecuencia, a CAJANAL EPS, SECCIONAL CORDOBA, que dentro del perentorio término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, a partir de la notificación personal de este fallo, si no lo hubiere hecho, suministre el medicamento "HIDROXIUREA" al joven CESAR AUGUSTO LOPEZ DUMAR, durante el tiempo que sea necesario y conforme a los parámetros trazados por el médico tratante.
- Tercero. DECLARAR que CAJANAL EPS, SECCIONAL CORDOBA, puede repetir lo que desembolse por concepto de este fallo en contra de la subcuenta de enfermedades ruinosas o catastróficas del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantías del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud FOSYGA.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
