- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juez Promiscuo Territorial de Miraflores (Guaviare) el pasado cinco (5) de mayo de 1993, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 7o. del decreto 306 de 1992, queden sin efectos las actuaciones administrativas desarrolladas por el alcalde municipal en cumplimiento del fallo proferido por el Juez Promiscuo Territorial de Miraflores (Guaviare) el pasado cinco (5) de mayo de 1993.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se envíen copias del expediente a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para que, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia, se establezca si existió alguna irregularidad en la actuación adelantada por el Juez Promiscuo Territorial de Miraflores (Guaviare).
- CUARTO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al señor alcalde municipal de Miraflores (Guaviare).
- QUINTO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Territorial de Miraflores (Guaviare), en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
