- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 12 de marzo de 1999 por el Juzgado 25 Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Ernesto Unibio Rodríguez contra la Universidad Libre.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente decisión al actor, a la Universidad Libre y al Defensor del Pueblo.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
