Primero. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del 24 de febrero de 1999, emitida por el Juzgado Treinta y Ocho Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad, en cuanto a que se negó la tutela de los derechos a la igualdad y habeas data que le asisten al peticionario frente a la información suya que posee el SISBEN. Tutelar los derechos mencionados y ordenar a la Secretaría de Salud Distrital de Santafé de Bogotá D.C. que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, permita conocer a Nestor Alfonso Manrique Delgado la información que sobre él se encuentra en el sistema, para que pueda controvertirla y, si es del caso, se proceda a actualizarla o corregirla, proceso de cuyo resultado dependerá el cubrimiento del tratamiento del actor por parte del SISBEN. En lo demás, confirmar la sentencia objeto de revisión.
Segundo. Líbrese por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
