PRIMERO. Revocar las sentencias del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, que tuteló el derecho al trabajo del ciudadano Cayetano de Jesus Castellanos Hernández, fechada el treinta y uno (31) de mayo del presente año, y del ciudadano Alfonso López Mora, expedida en la misma fecha.
SEGUNDO. Confirmar la sentencia del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, que denegó la tutela al derecho al trabajo del ciudadano José Alfonso Sanchez López, fechada el once (11) de junio del presente año, pero haciendo las aclaraciones que se consignaron en la parte motiva.
TERCERO. Ordenar que, a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, se remita copia de los expedientes revisados en esta providencia, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para que adelante las investigaciones que se indican en la parte motiva.
CUARTO. Comunicar esta providencia al Honorable Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para los fines previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
