- PRIMERO. Se confirma la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, en la tutela de referencia, el 5 de junio de 1995, por las razones expuestas en este fallo.
- SEGUNDO. La autoridad de policía de la localidad, Inspección Once de Barranquilla, será informada, mediante remisión de la copia de este fallo, para que tome las medidas pertinentes.
- TERCERO. Comisionar al Juez de primera instancia para que notifique la sentencia a las partes y adopte las decisiones necesarias señaladas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
