Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado 7 Civil Municipal de Medellín, dictada en este proceso el 22 de febrero de 1999.
Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos constitucionales a la salud y a la seguridad social de Rocío del Socorro Sánchez Mira, en conexión con su derecho constitucional fundamental a una vida digna, y ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, adopte las medidas pertinentes para que, previa valoración médica, se practique el TAC de senos paranasales que la demandante está esperando desde marzo de 1998.
Tercero. LIBRESE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
