- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Valledupar, fechada el tres (3) de mayo del presente ano.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar que se remita copia del expediente No. T-14275 a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion, para que se investigue y sancione a quien resulte responsable de haber desatendido la orden expresa contenida en la sentencia de primera instancia, en detrimento de los derechos de la actora.
- TERCERO. Comunicar, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte , esta providencia al Honorable Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Valledupar, para los fines del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
