  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  2. Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Itagui (Antioquia ) y en consecuencia, ordenar al ISS, Seccional Medellín, que en el término de quince ( 15 ) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, adopte las medidas correspondientes para que se le preste a la actora la atención médica requerida para aliviar su dolencia.
  3. Segundo. PREVENIR al Instituto de Seguro Social para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de retardar la prestación de los servicios propios de su gestión.
  4. Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaria General, las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
