  1. PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  2. Primero. Civil del Circuito de San Gil el 13 de diciembre de 2004, dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia, y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la acción de tutela para proteger el derecho fundamental de petición para el reconocimiento y pago de la pensión del señor Luis Alfonso Sánchez Mejía.
  3. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Seguro Social, Seccional San Gil, que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, se le dé respuesta de fondo a la solicitud de pensión del señor Luis Alfonso Sánchez Mejía.
  4. TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
