- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 16 Penal Municipal de Medellín el día 24 de mayo de 1994, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. Conminar al Hospital San Vicente de Paul de la ciudad de Medellín para que en el término de 48 horas defina por escrito, de modo expreso y preciso si considera que la operación a la que se refiere la paciente Gloria Piedrahíta es médicamente necesaria o no, y de ser afirmativa la respuesta, que defina dentro de un plazo razonable clínicamente la fecha exacta en la que se le practicará la operación correspondiente.
