- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Cáqueza, el día 13 de abril de 1993, y por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Choachí, el día 12 de marzo de 1993, en el sentido de la improcedencia de la acción de tutela promovida por el señor LUIS CARLOS RAMIREZ.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
