- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del dia veintiseis (26) de mayo de 1993, mediante la cual se revoco el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Riohacha del treinta y uno (31) de marzo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
