- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Villavicencio, que concedio la tutela de los derechos fundamentales al debido proceso y al trabajo del senor Diego Jesus Tellez Acosta.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio, en cuanto revoco el fallo del Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de la misma ciudad que nego la tutela y en su lugar ordeno tutelar el derecho al trabajo invocado por Angel Maria Ubaque pero, adicionandola en el sentido de que tambien se tutela el derecho al debido proceso del demandante.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE, por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
