PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el fallo proferido el 30 de octubre de 1995, por el Juzgado
Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fé de Bogotá, a través del cual se negó la acción de tutela interpuesta por Martha Janeth Espitia.
SEGUNDO. OFICIESE por Secretaría y remítase copia del expediente, para lo de su competencia, a la Procuraduría Delegada para la Policía Nacional.
TERCERO. LIBRAR por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
