- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal del Circuito el 31 de mayo de 1994, en cuanto no acceder a la tutela instaurada por el Comité Ejecutivo Nacional de la Sección Colombiana de Amnistía Internacional, a través de representante legal.
- SEGUNDO. Formular una invitación a los medios de comunicación, para que en el ejercicio de su actividad informativa, y en especial en la divulgación de material publicitario, realicen una tarea de investigación, averiguación y verificación acerca del contenido de los anuncios, en orden a prevenir que lo que se publique pueda afectar en forma grave los derechos fundamentales a la intimidad, al buen nombre y a la honra, al igual que las normas jurídicas, la costumbre o la moral.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría, líbrense los oficios de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
