- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca.
- Segundo. CONCEDER el derecho de petición y debido proceso a la accionante y ordenar al ISS, Seccional Cundinamarca, que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, si aún no lo ha hecho, responda el recurso de apelación interpuesto contra la resolución 07487 de 22 de julio de 1998, que a su vez repuso la resolución 01732 del 18 de octubre de 1996.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
