- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Arbeláez, dentro de la acción de tutela promovida por Yamile Elena Triviño Gutiérrez contra el Hospital San Antonio de Arbeláez (Cundinamarca) y en consecuencia declarar que existe carencia actual de objeto por hecho superado.
