- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla el 24 de febrero de 1994, que concedió la acción de tutela formulada por Vilma Baca de la Hoz.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al INURBE, Regional Barranquilla, para que dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la ejecutoria de esta providencia, proceda a firmar y formalizar la escritura de cancelación de hipoteca, en relación con el inmueble de propiedad de la señora Vilma Baca de la Hoz, ubicado en la Calle 45B-2 No. 3-86 Ciudadela 20 de Julio, Soluciones Populares, de la ciudad de Barranquilla, previa la presentación por parte de la accionante de los recibos correspondientes a paz y salvo y documentos necesarios para que quede perfeccionada la escritura pública de compraventa a su favor.
- TERCERO. COMISIONESE al Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito para efectos de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en esta sentencia.
- CUARTO. LIBRENSE por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
