R E S U E L V E
PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de marzo 19 de 1993, proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito de Bello, y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por BLANCA CELINA NARVAEZ, en representación de su hija menor de edad LUZ EDILMA ZULUAGA NARVAEZ.
SEGUNDO. Dado que han cesado los efectos del acto impugnado, ADVERTIR al Rector del Instituto Departamental de Enseñanza Media, IDEM PLAYA RICA, en Bello, Antioquia, para que, en el futuro, se abstenga de la conducta que dió lugar a conceder la presente tutela.
TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al mencionado Juzgado con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
